The reports include: Date/time, direction (incoming/outgoing), sender, employee who handled the call, duration, type (successful transfer, unsuccessful transfer, call attempt, successful call), service (landline, mobile network, international)

Inbound (incoming calls)
Called number
Based on the called number, tabuni directly searches and displays the corresponding project (client) during a call.
Sender number
If the caller’s sender number is transmitted, tabuni automatically searches for this phone number in the contacts. Matches are selected and displayed and can be taken over for processing. The search for the sender number is exclusively within the project (client).
Outbound (outgoing calls)
Outgoing calls on behalf of the client (classic outbound calls)

Dialing rules for outgoing calls
tabuni can save dialing rules for calls to be transferred. By clicking on the button of the corresponding destination number, the dialing rule is stored in the agent’s clipboard and can be dialed directly, for example, by a hotkey. This speeds up the process of handling conversations, and dialing and billing errors are avoided.
