Keys establish a relationship between a data source and an item.
Basic Fee
Items with the key „Basic Fee“ are automatically included in the billing data in the invoice when due.
User Module
Modules that only relate to a user can be ordered with a tariff using the „User Module“ key and billed according to the settings.
Call Order Own Number (out)
The option „Call Orders/Callbacks with Own Number“ (clip no screening) can be ordered and billed using this key.
Additional Options
If you want to offer optional additional services in your tariff, you can set them here with a corresponding notice period. Created additional options can then be ordered and canceled for each account in the respective contract management of the module.
Items declared as „Other Services“ are available in billing under the respective module and can be transferred as a line item in the billing data.
SMS
Calculates the sent SMS for an account.
Call Acceptance (in)
Actually accepted calls (Inbound) for a client number (the number provided to the client for call forwarding for the use of telephone service).
Talk Time (in)
Actual talk time for accepted calls (Inbound).
Work Time (in)
Actual processing time of an Inbound call. The time is calculated from the ringing at the respective workstation to the sending of the conversation note for a client.
Connection Fee Landline (in)
Connection time for calls forwarded to clients to a landline number.
Connection Fee Mobile Network (in)
Connection time for calls forwarded to clients to a mobile network number.
Connection Fee Other Networks (in)
Connection time for calls forwarded to clients in other networks.
Call Introduction (out)
Number of actively initiated calls on behalf of a client (without forwarded calls). Pure Outbound calls without preceding Inbound call.
Talk Time (out)
Actual talk time of actively initiated calls (Outbound).
Work Time (out)
Actual processing time of an Outbound call. The time is calculated from the call to call processing for a client to the sending of the conversation note for a client.
Connection Fee Landline (out)
Connection time for calls actively made to the landline on behalf of a client.
Connection Fee Mobile Network (out)
Connection time for calls actively made to the mobile network on behalf of a client.
Connection Fee Other Networks (out)
Connection time for calls actively made to other networks on behalf of a client.
Chat, Acceptance
Calculates the acceptance of an incoming chat by an agent.
Chat, Processing Time
Calculates the processing time of an incoming chat starting from the takeover by an agent until the end of the chat.

Calculates the number of words in a chat written by the agent.
Chat, No. of Characters Agent
Calculates the number of characters in a chat written by the agent.
Chat, No. of Words Visitor
Calculates the number of words in a chat written by the website visitor.
