Management of incoming & outgoing calls

With tabuni, you can manage incoming and outgoing calls for an unlimited number of clients.
Incoming calls (inbound)
- You can uniquely assign incoming calls to a client based on the destination number. For incoming calls,
- you can search for matches based on the sender’s number in the existing contacts of the respective client.
- You can bill incoming calls based on the number of calls and/or duration per client. Billing based on duration can be done in minutes or seconds.
- You can bill incoming calls based on processing duration. Processing duration is the time from the start of signaling of a call at an agent’s workstation to the sending of the call note. Billing based on duration can be done in minutes or seconds.
Outgoing calls (outbound)
- You can assign outgoing calls that you actively handle on behalf of a client (call orders) to a client. After incoming calls,
- you can connect them to an external number (transfer) and assign these calls to a client.
- You can bill outgoing calls based on the number of calls and/or duration per client. Billing based on duration can be done in minutes or seconds.
