Cost overview (1)

In the cost overview, your client will find a summary of all services not yet billed at the viewing point. This includes displaying services or costs whose due date has not been reached at the viewing point but will be invoiced nonetheless due to notice periods.
Example of the cost overview:

1: Cost overview (short)
2: Cost overview (detailed)
In the cost overview, the costs are displayed with which the client must at least reckon after the completion of the current billing interval (calendar month).
In the specific example, the client ordered two modules:
FAQ Module (bold) The FAQ module was ordered by the client with the „Knowledge Database“ tariff. The module’s billing start was no later than May 1. The FAQ module was canceled on May 7 because the base fee (item 1) is prorated only after the end of the current billing interval. Telephone Service Module (bold) The Telephone Service Module was ordered by the client with the „Call Processing“ tariff. The module’s billing start was no later than May 1.
Item 2: The Telephone Service Module can be terminated on a monthly basis because the base fee in the „Call Processing“ tariff is due and invoiced for the entire month (May 1 – May 31) in any case.
Items 3-5: Items 3-5 are dynamic data. Since these are grouped under the date range May 1 – May 25, data from the telephone system captured between May 1 and May 25 have been considered. No calls (item 3) were accepted for the client during this period. Accordingly, no talk time was recorded (item 4). There were also no external calls initiated during the period (e.g., in the context of call transfers), resulting in no connection fees incurred (item 5).
Archive (6)
In the archive, all reports and documents from past periods or billing intervals are saved as PDFs and can be downloaded by your client at any time.
