Create user account

At any time, a visitor to your website can independently create a user account for your customer portal. The entire process takes less than 5 minutes.

Setting up specific modules

A user can independently place orders for the offered services (= modules) within their account at any time. To do this, the user needs to provide a billing address once and choose a tariff for the desired service, based on which the services will be billed.

Some modules require a minimum amount of settings and additional information to set them up.

Example: Telephone Service Module For the telephone service to function, a minimum amount of information needs to be known and provided by the client:

Greeting text: How should the agent answer the phone when a call comes in for the client?

Standard processing: What should be communicated to the caller regarding why the client is currently unavailable by phone?

The setup of the telephone service module follows a logic that guides the client securely. They cannot make any mistakes.

Once the client’s minimum information is completed, your client will automatically receive an available phone number from the number management that they can use for call forwarding.

In addition, your staff will be automatically notified about the new client with reference to the processing instructions, so they must be prepared for a test or a real call and can review the client beforehand.

Cancellations

Just as easily as customers can order a module, they can also terminate it. Terminations are carried out in accordance with the agreement concluded with the customer when selecting the tariff, and they are calculated automatically at the earliest possible time. However, the termination date can also be set to a future date beyond the earliest possible time. Terminations are also automatically confirmed and displayed in the customer’s account.

Billing address

Your customer can independently change their billing address (not the contracting party – only the billing address).

Documents (invoices and cancellations)

Documents can be sent to specific email addresses. Your client can, of course, set the email recipients themselves. Similarly, a client can configure whether documents should be sent as email attachments or as download links.

Invoicing

In tabuni, billing data for the orderable modules can be managed. With a simple click, all accounts can be automatically invoiced. Hours of invoice writing with potential transmission errors are a thing of the past.

Management of target numbers for telephone service or call forwarding

tabuni manages numbers designated as target numbers for call forwarding. When a client orders a telephone service module, they automatically receive an available target number from the number pool.

Management of chat URLs for chat service

Similar to the principle of managing target numbers for call forwarding, there are specific chat URLs that identify, in incoming chat requests, for which client the chat is intended. By managing chat URLs, the client automatically receives an available chat URL when ordering the chat module.
