Call reports
Current Month (Calls): Connection data from the telephone system can be imported daily via an interface and is then available as an individual call record per customer.
The report shows the following data:
Date, time, direction, caller, agent, duration, type, service
After the end of a calendar month, a detailed call record in PDF format is generated from the „Current Month (Calls)“ call report.
Monthly Report: All connection data for a calendar month. The monthly report is divided into incoming calls, forwarded calls, and calls on customer request. The total number of calls and the total duration per customer are displayed, making it easy for further processing (e.g., for billing).
Automation and Control of Telephone Service Tariffs
Calculate and automatically monitor cost limits and the profitability of flat rates.
Orders
New orders can be sent to a specific email address in the tabuni settings. Through accompanying links, the account of the registered user can be easily and directly accessed.
Data Recording
Incorrect Data Recording: The data recording of agents is controlled by an automated evaluation algorithm. Incorrect data recordings are detected and communicated to a predetermined email address so that corrections can be made.
Missing Data Recording: Data recording is statistically recorded and evaluated per agent. Differences and deficiencies can be easily identified and rectified.
Conversation Notes
In each account, all conversation notes created for the respective customer are stored and displayed.
In the administrative settings of tabuni, an email address can also be entered to which conversation notes can be sent as copies. This allows conversation notes to be directly reviewed in terms of content, and individual or all agents can be supported.
Cancellations
Cancellations can be sent to a specific email address in the tabuni settings. Through accompanying links and detailed information about the terminated service and termination date, the account of the registered user can be easily and directly accessed, initiating the process of recovery.
Registrations
New registrations can be sent to a specific email address in the tabuni settings. Through accompanying links, the account of the registered user can be easily and directly accessed.
Unconfirmed links for account activation can be resent to the user easily (if they have expired for security reasons).
Number Management for Phone Service
When ordering phone service, the activation of the service can be completely automatic and immediate. The customer receives an automatic email for every status change of their ordered service with instructions to follow and, at the end, directly receives the link to their target phone number for call forwarding. The entire process can be completed in less than 10 minutes.
SMS Sending
Current Month (SMS): All sent SMS within a calendar month up to the queried time.
The report shows the following data:
Date, time, From, To, Number of SMS (1 per 160 characters)
Monthly Report: Total number of all sent SMS divided by customers.
Tariff Management
In the tariff management, tariffs with items and prices for all offered services can be managed.
The created tariffs can be made publicly available to every customer.
For each tariff, a tariff code is also created. With the created tariff code, an individual price can be set for each customer if necessary. The customer can then use the known tariff codes when ordering or changing tariffs.
